I contacted Marvin to have my wife's car detailed. He and his team was responsive, professional, and did an incredible job in cleaning our car, inside and out. Not only that, Marvin was also able to deliver me to work, after I dropped off the car, and then brought the car to me when it was done. I can not suggest their services highly enough. Great work!

I had a great experience with Platinum last weekend. I wasn’ t sure what to expect when I pulled up because the place is a little off the radar, but Marvin and his team did a first-class job. I was very pleased with appearance of my car when they were done. It looked almost brand-new on the inside. I could tell Marvin takes great pride in his work. He’s also very customer-oriented. When I dropped off the car, he was nice enough to give me a ride to a nearby Starbucks. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of time they spend on your car. Be prepared to leave it there 4-6 hours. They’re open on Saturdays all day, which you won’t find with most detail places. Next time I need my car detailed, I will definitely take it to Platinum

Great customer service! I left a window down overnight on a Saturday and my interior got soaked from rain. I scrambled to get it cleaned up Sunday morning but didn't have the tools. I searched everywhere in KC for some place that was open on Sunday and Platinum was the only one. Fortunately, I found the right place because they have a lot of experience with flood damage for insurance companies. They had a step-by-step process for drying out the car and treating the carpets and fabrics to prevent mold or mildew. They told me it would be ready by Wednesday and then over delivered by having it done Tuesday afternoon. Plus, they did a full detail inside and out... my car looks amazing! Most importantly dry as can be and no odor at all. You can tell Marvin the owner truly cares about customers and is very particular about quality work and great service. I've found my new go-to place for auto cleaning.

I dropped in to see about some spots in the paint on my car from a tree, and the guys there took me right in, treated me like family and treated my car like it was their own baby. I had a fine visit with them and will definitely be going back for future service. Thank you! <3

Excellent customer service! Marvin and Eric rock!! They got my car right in and made sure it was ready when I needed it for a very reasonable price. They obviously take pride in their work and do a fabulous job. My car looks beautiful - inside and out!! As long as I live in KC, Platinum Detail Services will be my go-to place :)
